Ordering
You can place your order on our website (click here) or by emailing support@danieal.com. All prices on our online store are tax inclusive and in Canadian dollars. Your order will be shipped within two business days.
Shipping
All orders are shipped using Canada Post. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when we receive your tracking number from Canada Post.
Returns/Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons any underwear purchased is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You can find our size chart on each item page.

Payment
At this time we only accept PayPal payments. Once we receive your payment your order will be processed.
